Hosts file management

Introduced a new section "HOSTS file security and management" on the "Security and Privacy" page. New freeware:
- HostsXpert : a good Hosts file manager (for Win98 - Vista). Edit, update, download and merge your hosts files with ease.
- HPHOSTS file: a community managed and maintained hosts file that offers an additional layer of protection
- MVPS hosts file: This is a good, popular hosts file, regulary updated.
You can use HostsXpert to manage your hosts file. You can download both "HPHOSTS file" or "MVPS hosts file", and replace your existing hosts file with a new one from WHITIN HostsXpert!
