Overclocking tools

Preparing myself for doing some overclocking , i was looking into the process of overclocking and useful tools to accomplish this safely today. These are freeware programs that will be helpful.

To be on top of the CPU:
CPU-Z : System -System information (already in my selection)
CPU-Z gathers and displays information on some of the main devices of your machine, including CPU, motherboard, memory and operating system.

To be on top of CPU temperature:
Core Temp : System -System information (Added to my selection today.)
Core Temp is a compact, small footprint program to monitor CPU temperatures. It shows the temperature of each individual core in each processor on your system. You can see in real time how the CPU temperature varies when you load your CPU.
AND / OR
Speedfan : System -System information (already in my selection)
A tool that can change your computer's fan speeds, read the temperatures of your motherboard and your hard disk, read voltages and fan speeds and check the status of your hard disk using S.M.A.R.T. or SCSI attributes.

Prime95 is a program designed to be used to find Mersenne Prime numbers. It is a great, popular application for stress testing CPU and memory.

IE7 is a significant upgrade to IE6. It offers tabbed browsing, an antiphishing toolbar, a redesigned interface and a variety of security features, including increased protection against rogue ActiveX controls.

InfoIC: scans Web sites for changes, prompts you when they change, and highlights the changes with colors. Offers the option to add some or all of the websites from your favorites list. One caveat: Works only with Internet Explorer. Installs a toolbar in IE. The easiest way is to surf to the desired website in Internet Explorer and press the “Add” button of InfoIC toolbar, but sites can be added using the “page” menu from within InfoIC main window.

WebMon: is a web page update monitoring program - it keeps you updated by automatically checking web pages to see if they have changed. It detects changes by calculating and comparing a checksum. It does NOT highlight changes.
