Update.
Free download manager: just noticed i missed the newest version (V 2.5). The update function in the previous version i was running, is still lying there is no newer version! So i updated the info about Free Download Manager on my website.
Big change: it's open source now and has a build in option to make a portable version!

Free Download Manager is a full-featured open source download accelerator and manager. FDM accelerates downloads by splitting files into sections and then downloading them simultaneously. Free Download Manager allows you to: adjust traffic usage; to organize and schedule downloads; download video from video sites; download whole web sites with HTML Spider; and more! Offers HTTP/FTP/BitTorrent support. You can choose between a full version and a lite version. Offers also a branded version for free under conditions. As of v2.5 there's an option to make a portable version. FDM will be automatically detected by the Flashgot extension in Firefox as your download manager unless you use the portable version, then you have to config Flashgot manually.
